Wall Pilates

With this programme, you can train your entire body’s muscles to the rhythm of your breath.

A few guidelines on how to do the exercises:

  • Pilates is a very mindful form of exercise – movements are usually done in conjunction with breathing.
    The general rule is to inhale with a crunch (e.g. when rolling your back) and exhale to return (e.g. when arching your back).
  • There will be a total of two rounds of practice.
  • The movements are performed for 40 seconds with a 20-second pause in between.
  • If you experience or feel pain, stop the movement.
  • Take at least one rest day between exercises.

Hello,

My name is Victoria and I am a ballet dancer, ballet teacher and certified Pilates instructor.
I have been a Pilates instructor for eight years now.

The programme has been developed so that we can all give pilates a try.
It’s a wonderful sport that is a perfect counterbalance to the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Now you can try it in the privacy of your own home.
