The programme will firm you up and make you feel good, and best of all; you don’t have to go to the gym.

I have no regrets!
Sometimes I miss days or even weeks, but for a gym-enthusiast like me, this is a really good option for keeping fit.
I especially like the fact that you don’t have to think about a sensible programme or what moves or sequences to do, when you have the programme ready.
I don’t know how to put one together myself.
It’s nice to see your progress when you do the movements and your muscles tell you the next day that the workout was hard enough.
And thank you for the good and prompt replies to email questions!

I’m on my second round of Core Burner and you can see the power!
It takes me more than 15 minutes in one set with small intervals, some of the movements are really hard, but the main thing is that I get through all the exercises.

I would tell a friend (and I have π) that the programme is clear and that it’s fun to do.
I’d say I haven’t changed my lifestyle in any other way, but I’ve been doing pilates twice a week, yet the zipper on my motivational skirt is now closing π

I ordered these before Easter and can now praise them after a few workouts.
And no praise asked for.
Quite varied, well-guided movements from easy to demanding.
If you can’t do the more challenging ones straight away, you can return to them as your core develops.
I like it and can recommend it.
Also upper body, thighs and glutes get a little workout when you have to assist the core, or at least I did.

This is a great workout programme.
Today marks 6 weeks of Core Burner training and in 6 weeks my waist narrowed by 4 cm. A warm recommendation!
