Firming home pilates

With this programme, you can train your entire body’s muscles to the rhythm of your breath.

A few guidelines on how to do the exercises:

  • Do the movements at your own pace, listening to your body.
    You can see the instructor doing the movement on the video, but do the indicated number of repetitions at a pace that suits you.
    There is no rush in Pilates!
    If you feel pain, stop doing the movement.
  • In this programme, you train three days a week.
    You can choose the days you train, but you should take at least one rest day in between.
  • Each workout consists of individual movement ideas.
    At the top of the workout page you can see how many movements and rotations each workout contains.
    You have completed one round when you have gone through all the movement ideas in the workout.
    Repeat all the videos as often as the workout indicates the number of rounds.
    So, for example, if a workout has four movements and three rounds, go through videos 1-4, pause, repeat videos 1-4, pause, and repeat videos 1-4 one more time.
    Then you can mark the workout as complete.
  • Remember to mark the workout as completed at the bottom of the workout page!
    This way you can see your progress on this page and jump to the next workout by clicking the “resume course” button.

Welcome to the Firming Home Pilates programme!

Hello and a warm welcome to this effective Pilates program!
My name is Victoria and I am the instructor for this class.

I am a ballet dancer, ballet teacher and certified Pilates instructor.
I have been working as a Pilates instructor for eight years now.

In the Firming Home Pilates programme, we do effective Pilates movements using a Pilates bar.
I will guide you through the movements with individual movement ideas, which you can do at your own pace.
This way you get used to your body’s limits and exercise sequences and can safely immerse yourself in the world of Pilates.
